No. Viollet does not ask for online banking usernames, passwords, tokens, or card credentials. It works from the bank notifications you already receive by email.

With Gmail Sync, you select the financial institutions and senders you authorize. Viollet automatically detects those transaction notifications to create your records; it does not read or organize your personal email.

Viollet has completed Google app verification and is completing the annual security assessment required for restricted Gmail permissions. During that process, Google may show an additional notice. Only continue when the request identifies Viollet and you understand the requested read-only access.

Yes. You can remove access from your Google account or stop forwarding notifications whenever you want. New transactions will stop syncing after access is removed.

Transaction data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use it only to organize your expenses, budgets, and insights inside your account: we do not sell it, use it for advertising, and you can revoke Gmail or delete your account at any time.

Viollet works with notifications from 15+ Dominican banks, including major banks and cards. Support depends on the notification format your bank sends by email.
